Features & Scope of Application                                                 Z111-6YQ and CN-16YQ are sintered type steam-reforming catalysts for gaseous hydrocarbon, with nickel as their active ingredient, alumina as their support, rare earth oxide and basic oxide as their promoter. They have more reasonable outer appearance structure to improve strength and outer surface area, more reasonable micro pore structure to improve the effective utilization of inner surface area, adding rare earth oxide and basic oxide as promoter to advance catalyst activity at low temperature and anti-carbon formation ability. Z111-6YQ and CN-16YQ are applied in chemical fertilizer/methanol/hydrogen production plants, etc. utilizing natural gas/oil associated gas/refinery off-gas/coke-oven gas, etc. as feedstock. Z111-6YQ is usually loaded in the upper section of the primary reformer tube and CN-16YQ is loaded in the lower section.
